Minyak Tahan Kenaikan Setelah Laporan Industri Menunjukkan Persediaan AS MenipisSolid Gold Berjangka

 

Solid Gold Berjangka ~ Minyak menahan kenaikan di dekat level tertinggi dalam tiga bulan setelah sebuah laporan industri menunjukkan stok minyak mentah di AS naik kurang dari yang diharapkan sementara pasokan bahan bakar menurun.

Minyak West Texas Intermediate untuk pengiriman April turun 7 sen menjadi 57,09 dolar AS per barel di New York Mercantile Exchange pukul 10:08 pagi waktu Singapura. Kontrak Maret berakhir setelah naik 83 sen menjadi $ 56,92 pada hari Rabu.

Minyak Brent untuk penyelesaian April turun 23 sen menjadi $ 66,85 per barel di ICE Futures Europe exchange yang berbasis di London. Kontrak meningkat 63 sen menjadi $ 67,08 pada hari Rabu ke level tertinggi sejak November. Minyak mentah acuan global berada pada premi $ 9,73 dibandingkan WTI untuk bulan yang sama.(Bloomberg)

Harga emas menguat di dekat 10-bulan tertinggi pada Kamis ini, dengan dolar bertahan stabil terhadap risalah pertemuan terakhir Federal Reserve AS yang menghidupkan kembali harapan kemungkinan kenaikan suku bunga di akhir tahun.

Spot emas telah naik 0,1 persen di $ 1,339.99 per ounce pada pukul 00:54 GMT, setelah menyentuh $ 1,346.73 per ounce di sesi sebelumnya, level tertinggi sejak 20 April.

Emas berjangka AS turun 0,4 persen pada $ 1,342.5 per ounce.

Oil held gains near the highest level in three months after an industry report showed crude stockpiles in the U.S. rose less than expected while fuel supplies declined.

West Texas Intermediate for April delivery was 7 cents lower at $57.09 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 10:08 a.m. in Singapore. The March contract expired after rising 83 cents to $56.92 on Wednesday.

Brent for April settlement dropped 23 cents to $66.85 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. The contract increased 63 cents to settle at $67.08 on Wednesday to the highest since November. The global benchmark crude was at a $9.73 premium over WTI for the same month. (Bloomberg)

Gold prices were firm near a 10-month peak on Thursday, with the dollar holding steady in the wake of minutes from the latest U.S. Federal Reserve meeting that rekindled expectations of a possible rate hike later in the year.

Spot gold had gained 0.1 percent to $1,339.99 per ounce by 0054 GMT, having touched $1,346.73 per ounce in the previous session, its highest level since April 20.

U.S. gold futures were down 0.4 percent at $1,342.5 per ounce.

Palladium rose 0.3 percent to $1,493, having reached a record level of $1,500 an ounce in the previous session. (Reuters)
