Solid Gold Berjangka ~ Nikkei Jepang naik ke level tertinggi baru delapan bulan dipimpin oleh kinerja Wall Street yang optimis, dengan saham komoditas naik karena investor tampaknya tertarik pada pandangan bahwa deretan perdagangan AS-Cina akan kurang mengganggu pertumbuhan.

Rata-rata saham Nikkei naik 0,8% menjadi 23.864,04 pada perdagangan pagi, level tertinggi sejak 24 Januari. Pasar menuju level tonggak lainnya, karena Nikkei semakin dekat ke level 24.129,34 yang dicapai pada 23 Januari, penembusan yang akan menempatkannya di level tertinggi sejak November 1991.

Untuk pekan ini, Nikkei telah naik 3,1% sejauh ini.(Reuters)

Saham Hong Kong menguat tajam pada Jumat ini, yang mengikuti rekor kinerja di Wall Street dan melanjutkan relinya hari ini pada harapan China dan AS pada akhirnya akan menyelesaikan sengketa perdagangan..

Indeks Hang Seng naik 0,85%, atau 234,68 poin, menjadi 27.712,35 pada awal perdagangan.

Japan’s Nikkei advanced to fresh eight-month highs led by an upbeat Wall Street performance, with commodity stocks rising as investors appeared to gravitate to the view that the U.S.-China trade row would be less damaging to growth than first feared.

The Nikkei share average gained 0.8 percent to 23,864.04 in midmorning trade, the highest level since January 24. The market eyes another milestone ahead, as the Nikkei edges closer to the 24,129.34 hit on Jan. 23, a break of which will put it at the highest point since November 1991.

For the week, the Nikkei has risen 3.1 percent so far. (Reuters)
