emas 6Solid Gold Berjangka ~ Minyak mempertahankan kenaikannya karena data industri menunjukkan stok minyak mentah AS menurun jelang pertemuan OPEC untuk memutuskan mengenai perpanjangan pemangkasan pasokan.

Minyak berjangka sedikit berubah di New York setelah naik untuk sesi kelima Selasa kemarin. Persediaan AS turun sebesar 1,5 juta barel pekan lalu, American Petroleum Institute melaporkan. Sementara OPEC dan sekutunya mendekati kesepakatan untuk memperpanjang pengurangan produksi hingga 2018, masih ada proposisi tambahan, Menteri Energi Aljazair Noureddine Boutarfa mengatakan di Wina, di mana kelompok produsen akan bertemu pada hari Kamis besok.

West Texas Intermediate untuk pengiriman Juli berada di $ 51,54 per barel di New York Mercantile Exchange, naik 7 sen, pukul 8:58 pagi di Hong Kong. Total volume yang diperdagangkan lebih dari dua kali lipat rata-rata 100 harinya. Harga mengakhiri sesi di $ 51,47 pada hari Selasa, level tertinggi sejak 18 April.

Oil held gains as industry data showed U.S. crude stockpiles declined before OPEC meets to decide on extending supply curbs.

Futures were little changed in New York after climbing for a fifth session Tuesday. U.S. inventories fell by 1.5 million barrels last week, the American Petroleum Institute was said to report. While OPEC and its allies are close to an agreement to extend production cuts into 2018, there could still be additional propositions, Algeria�s Energy Minister Noureddine Boutarfa said in Vienna, where the producer group will meet on Thursday.

West Texas Intermediate for July delivery was at $51.54 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, up 7 cents, at 8:58 a.m. in Hong Kong. Total volume traded was more than double the 100-day average. Prices ended the session at $51.47 on Tuesday, the highest level since April 18.

Brent for July settlement was 9 cents higher at $54.24 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Prices rose 28 cents to $54.15 on Tuesday. The global benchmark crude traded at a premium of $2.71 to WTI.
