Minyak Diperdagangankan di dekat Level $ 68 terkait Stok AS – Solid Gold

 

Solid Gold ~ Minyak di New York diperdagangkan mendekati level $ 68 per barel menyusul kenaikan beruntun lima hari setelah stok minyak mentah AS turun lebih dari perkiraan.

Minyak berjangka bulan depan sedikit berubah setelah membukukan kenaikan beruntun terpanjang sejak April. Stok nasional turun 5,84 juta barel pekan lalu, lebih dari dua kali lipat dari apa yang diperkirakan dalam survei analis Bloomberg. Dolar, yang telah membantu harga minyak setelah penurunan lima hari, naik 0,3 persen pada hari Kamis.

Minyak mentah West Texas Intermediate untuk pengiriman Oktober diperdagangkan 6 sen lebih rendah di level $ 67,80 per barel di New York Mercantile Exchange pada jam 2:31 siang di Singapura. Kontrak menambahkan $ 2,02 untuk menetap di level $ 67,86 pada hari Rabu. Minyak berjangka bulan depan membukukan kenaikan beruntun terpanjang mereka sejak 13 April hingga Rabu. Total volume yang diperdagangkan adalah sekitar 39 persen di bawah rata-rata 100-hari.

Brent untuk pengiriman Oktober diperdagangkan di level $ 74,56 per barel di bursa ICE Futures Europe yang berbasis di London, turun 22 sen. Harga naik $ 2,15 ke level $ 74,78 pada hari Rabu, level tertinggi dalam tiga minggu. Minyak mentah acuan global ini diperdagangkan pada premium $ 6,76 untuk WTI.

Oil in New York traded near $68 a barrel following a five-day winning streak after U.S. crude inventories declined more than forecast.

Front-month futures were little changed after posting their longest consecutive run of gains since April. Nationwide stockpiles declined 5.84 million barrels last week, more than double what was expected in a Bloomberg survey of analysts. The dollar, which had helped buoy oil prices after a five-day slide, climbed 0.3 percent on Thursday.

West Texas Intermediate crude for October delivery traded 6 cents lower at $67.80 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 2:31 p.m. in Singapore. The contract added $2.02 to settle at $67.86 on Wednesday. Front-month futures posted their longest streak of gains since April 13 through Wednesday. Total volume traded was about 39 percent below the 100-day average.

Brent for October settlement traded at $74.56 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange, down 22 cents. Prices climbed $2.15 to $74.78 on Wednesday, the highest level in three weeks. The global benchmark crude traded at a $6.76 premium to WTI.

Futures for December delivery rose 0.7 percent to 508.1 yuan a barrel on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange. The contract climbed 1.7 percent on Wednesday.
